This season is the last one for the Norwegian National Opera's soloists Hege Høisæter and Magne Fremmerlid.
Together with Oslo Sinfonietta and musicians from The Opera Orchestra, Hege Høisæter and Magne Fremmerlid perform a concentrated version of Wagner's big tetralogy - Der Ring des Nibelungen - with Der Wanderer and Wotan, Fricka, Brünnhilde and Erda.
Magne Fremmerlid has been closely linked with the Norwegian National Opera as a soloist since 1997, and Hege Høisæter since 2002. Both have sung a wide range of roles and made great contributions to the company's productions, as well as being sought-after concert performers.
